Mulberry wood is yellow?
I helped a neighbor take down a mulberry tree that was impinging on his fence and shading out his gardens. In return he gave me the wood. I'm pretty sure he didn't know these beautiful bowls were hiding in those logs...
Bradford pear is an invasive species...
I'll be happy to come and remove any offending trees. I freed this shallow dish from a Bradford Pear branch I found thrown to a neighbors curb. The heartwood is a beautiful burnt orange.
